I had such high hopes...

If tech support made an effort to fix reported bugs, this could be a good app to support the diet. Unfortunately, the incomplete food lists and inability for users to add new food items severely limits its usefulness. Tech support tries work arounds like responding the food is not on the list or count a food in a different category.

Love this app

This app makes following the plan simple. It reminds you if you do not have all required foods in the meal maps completed. It also makes sure you eat on time. The reminders on my Apple Watch are great.

Very useful app!

Im surprised at the negative reviews! I found the app invaluable for meal planning. I felt it was a "must have." It was convenient. I didnt have to look up foods and the phases in the book. It was portable so that when I was away from home I had the information at my fingertips. I could refer back to previous weeks with ease as I planned the next. There are some good suggestions in the other reviews for future additions, but I wouldnt subtract any stars because of it.

I finally broke that plateau on the scale! This app made is easy, worked great, reminded when to eat and what to eat and gave so many options to choose from. Thank you!

Essential companion to the book

This diet is A+++. The book is good, although I found it a bit difficult to found the organization of the chapters difficult when it was time to shop and plan. I have 20 bookmarks in my book. That said, this app solves all of those problems and I’ve planned each day in seconds. Highly recommend!!

Incorrect meal time intervals

I like this app. It makes my meal planning a lot easier. However, the time between meals is auto set to 2.5 hours instead of 3-4 hours. Can this be fixed? Thanks.

Love the plan

I love FMD, but after the first 28 days the app should be a little more bendable. Small things really, like being able to choose more than one protein, fruit, grain so if you make a smoothie or split proteins you have a better way to track. It also should allow for an extra day of a phase since Haylie states you can add an extra day of phase 1 or 2 after the first 28. It would be nice if there was an easier way to find the recipes as well if you already have the books so that you dont have to try to toggle back and forth. It also seems as though many things are missing as there is not chia seeds or nutritional yeast listed.
