First, the good: The app definitely makes following the FMD easier. I found the book and the way its laid out to be very confusing. The app helps. That being said, it could use some improvement. If it was a free app I would have no complaints. Having spent $ for it on top of buying the book, I expected a little more.
For example: I find it very frustrating that weight can only be documented in whole lb increments, particularly as I seem to be losing .5 at a time. Its frustrating to have a success and not be able to record it.
Also, reminders are OK to a point, but I have an issue with it telling me my day is over and scolding me for not drinking enough water, when my day is decidedly not over. That needs to be removed from the app in my opinion. Again, frustrating to have worked hard to stay on plan all day and have your momentum cut short. I know its a mind thing, but staying motivated and focused is crucial for success.
