I started the diet without the app - carrying lists around, setting timers so Id remember when to eat...I made a lot of mistakes and was a bit frustrated with the complexity. I decided to try out the app and Im so glad I did.
Knowing exactly what Im supposed to be eating, how much of each thing, and when, is really making this diet work for me.
Id say it may need some additions if youre someone that needs your hand held at every step of each day, but if you just need a little assistance staying on track, this is 100% worth the $3
Just a note about the diet:
Haley reminds you that you need to do the Phase Specific exercise - she means it. This has been my challenge, but the week that I finally got the weight lifting in is the week I really made progress.
I cant believe how much food Im eating, but I feel healthy and happy, and am delighted to be dropping the weight that just wouldnt leave me!
