Love the set up of the app to provide you a way to layout your meal plan daily and weekly. Great reminder feature and grocery list. I like that the app will only show the foods you are allowed in each Phase. The planning and food list has made it easy for me to follow the plan.
One suggestion. Have a feature to set up your default wake up times, and meal times (Mon-Fri, I wake at 4am and have to move my morning snack before my workout and breakfast after. At this time, I have to adjust each day).
